In this play, we are in the theatre, which is also a meeting hall. It's a serene space of boundless quiet. It's a badly-lit space that's really ordinary. It's a space for coming together. For past memories and present futures. For questions. That we can answer if we'd like. Or not answer if we'd like.
Is everyone okay?
This started after that night, after it all happened, and we thought the world was over. This started yesterday. And millennia ago. Everything seemed possible. Everything’s stopped making sense.
What are we willing to do? What are we willing to give up?
This play is not important. This play will change the world. This play will do no harm, and these days, that's something, isn't it?
